Salomon XA COMP ADV for Palace
After collaborating last year on a patterned iteration of the Speedcross 4, Palace and Salomon has reunited for another footwear release. For this second project, Salomon worked with the XA COMP ADV, a functional sneaker.
Being a brand that’s rooted in performance and hiking gear, this includes a 3D chassis that ensures consistent support on uneven terrain, and an enhanced traction grip on the sole that’s designed to be effective in any weather conditions. The Salomon Sensifit system is also intended to provide a superior fit.
Each style includes Salomon’s signature Quicklace fastening system Salomon and Palace have reinterpreted the shoes in a series of new colorways, inspired by iconic skateboard shoes from the 1990s. The sneakers come in white and red, grey and yellow, or in black.
They are finished with dual branding: the Salomon logo appears at the heel and on the tongue, while the Palace logo features at the toe.
