All our products come with a two-year quality warranty.
For ski pants and jackets, the warranty is extended to three years.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase on salomon.com, you can return it and receive a full refund by completing the return procedure on our online platform within 30 days of receiving the product. The items must be returned within the stated period, and must be intact and complete. They must not have been used (or washed or worn) and must be in their original packaging in good condition.
If you are returning goods because the product is damaged or is not the product you ordered, please contact customer services for a refund of your shipping costs, at 1-833-230-0292 from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m MST Monday to Friday.

At this time, our footwear, apparel and gear warehouses are closed through April 14th, but we are still taking online orders. You will experience a delay of 1-2 weeks in shipment of your product. Winter sports equipment product remains available and will ship with normal timing.
