Can I exchange an item if it is unsuitable?

You can exchange your product free of charge for a different size or color of the same model within 30 days.

Your new item will be sent as soon as your return arrives at the warehouse. Once your return has been received, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your exchange request, followed by a shipping notification and a tracking link. Instant exchange To receive your new item faster, you can choose the instant exchange option when you request an exchange. In this case, a hold equal to the value of the replacement item(s) is placed on your bank card. Once this hold is authorised, your new item is dispatched immediately, without waiting for your return to reach our warehouse. You then have 14 days from the date the exchange is confirmed to return your original item. If the product is not returned within this period or does not meet our returns conditions, the amount of the hold will be charged.

Your new order will be shipped using the same delivery method and address as the original order, except for express delivery, which will be converted to standard.
