What do I do if I missed the delivery date?

If you missed the announced delivery date, the carrier will leave a notification in your letterbox. You can check the carrier's tracking page to see if the carrier dropped off your package at a drop-off point. If it is not the case, you should be able to arrange a convenient new delivery time slot. Please try to collect your parcel in a timely manner, or else it will be sent back to our warehouse.
