What are your delivery times and costs?

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday. Free delivery for members (Standard and pick up) Standard home delivery: £5 for orders under 100£. All orders placed and validated before 11 am will be delivered within 2 to 5 business days. Express home delivery : £12. All orders placed and validated before 11 am will be delivered within 2-3 business days. Chronopost/DPD Pick up point (1) : £3 for orders under 100£. Pick up at an Chronopost/DPD Point relay near to you and will be delivered within 2 to 5 business days.

Please note that package opening and pickup times may vary depending on the location. Make sure you have a valid ID to collect your package. (1) Pick-up points are not available for orders that contain products from these categories: Skiing, Cross Country Skiing, Snowboarding, Helmets, Goggles, and Sunglasses. Additionally, skis will take an extra 24h to be shipped due to mounting process.
