MIDNIGHT RUNNERS SHAKE OUT & PASTA PARTY

London, the big dance is almost here! It's time to shake out those legs and and calm the nerves before the main event. Join us for a 5km Shakeout & Pasta Party.

We're keeping it light, easy, and all about community. We'll kick things off with a gentle 5km cruise through the city - the perfect wake up for your legs and a chance to soak up that electric atmosphere with the best crew in London.

Once the miles are in, we're heading back to base to fuel up and get creative:

🍝 PASTA PARTY Carbs are non-negotiable! Grab a bowl, refuel, and swap race-day strategies with fellow runners.

🎨 SIGN MAKING STATION Grab the markers and get loud! Whether you’re running or cheering, let’s make the most iconic signs the course has ever seen.

💥 RUN We will be running 5km as a group around some of the City’s top sights. As always Midnight Runners will bring the noise, energy and music - not your usual Saturday morning!

🏃‍♂️ PACE This is a social shakeout! Run at your own pace (it’s not a race!) and there will be someone to run with the whole time. Please note that the pace at the back of the group will be around 6:30/km, so please let our of our captains know if you plan to run slower than this.

🎒 BAG DROP We will store our bags at Lina Stores, however please do come ready to run. Our Midnight Runner captains will be on hand to meet you and to answer any questions - look for the people carrying speakers or wearing armbands!

🥗 FOOD If you have any dietary requirements please let us know when you register in the drop box below. Vegan and gluten free options will be available! We'll make sure you get something you love!
