Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great traction! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The shoes are great and fit true to size. Out of the box, they look slick in all black and the Goretex is awesome! Keeps my feet dry when the trails are muddy and I use them in the city as well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Light weight and rugged [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This shoe is amazing. I bought it with the intentions of using it for primarily for work, which is outdoors on a terrain. I love these so much now, I will be ordering a second set and using them for trail running and trekking around my neighborhood.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Traction for Days I love this shoe. I've been using it for winter trail running. Traction is amazing in mud, snow and even ice. The shoes have great lateral stability on uneven terrain. Waterproofness has been a big bonus. Two small drawbacks: If you use these for road running, the tread will disappear fast. I live a block from the trailhead and run 1-2 times a week. After two months, there is noticeable tread wear. I believe this is due to the pavement because the wear is very even and flat. I understand that road running is not the purpose of these shoes and the traction off-road makes up for this. The other drawback is that I have rocks get stuck in the flap that the laces connect to. This happened while running downhill in ankle deep loose gravel and silt. It cleans out easily but is still inconvenient. Seems like a couple extra stitches could have solved this problem. Bottom Line: I will buy these shoes again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not just for the trail... I’m an ER nurse and purchased these for work after falling in love with my first pair of Salomon hiking boots. I wanted something comfortable, durable, and easy to clean with a good non-slip sole - and these didn’t disappoint. I’ve scrubbed them down in the sink multiple times and they still look and feel like new, and they’re comfortable enough to keep me moving through a 12+ hour shift. 10/10 my new go-to shoe for work and play.
