Super verarbeitet. Trotz des Gewichtes sehr gut zu tragen, selbst Auto fahren ist mit kurzer Gewöhnungsphase möglich. Die Füße waren bis jetzt immer warm.

Comfortable, Warm, & Light Weight
I love Salomon's highest quality high cut summer and winter hiking boots! I have used them for over 10 years for hiking or mountain biking usually 5 to 6 days a week in the mountains. I love the comfort of their softer than usual pads, the lighter than average weight, especially when climbing mountains, and the extra warmth of their winter boots! I like to own three pairs at a time – one for summer, one for average winter cold, and one that is three sizes larger for extreme cold in the mountains of northern Utah. To the latter pair, I add two pairs of four ply merino wool socks. I recently tested my largest boots by standing in an ice cream company's freezer at 27° below zero Fahrenheit for one hour and 15 minutes. My toes stayed warm for about an hour then got cold but not freezing cold. I also tested another company’s winter boot with 800 grams of thinsulate. My toes got cold at 15° ABOVE zero. Salomon has fixed the problem of the laces coming undone with a lace hook that snaps the lace in place.
