Defekt nach der ersten Benutzung
Ich habe den Schuh einen Tag gefahren, und war sehr begeistert. Dann Abends nach dem Fahren habe ich den Schuh auf einer Skischuhheizung gestellt. Durch die Wärme hat sich die Heizung in den Innenschuh abgedrückt. Ich habe in der Anleitung keinen Hinweis dazu gefunden, das der Schuh nicht auf eine Heizung für Skischuhe geschoben werden darf.
Weder der Verkäufer noch Salomon selbst kommen mir hier entgegen (trotz Fotos und Rechnungsnachweis) um einen neuen Schuh zu erhalten. Somit sind nun 600,-€ nach einmal fahren defekt. Daher die Warnung bitte seit sehr vorsichtig, was Heizungen angeht ansonsten kann hier großer Frust entstehen.
Grundsätzlich aber sehr schade, dass Salomon hier keine Kulanz zeigt.

Chaussures agréables comportement sain.
Malgré mes pieds larges avec une compression d un pied. Le comportement est agréable et sain. Raide mais pas trop.
