How do I enter a promo code for an online purchase?

The promo code can be entered in the basket or at any point during checkout by clicking on “Have a promo code?” This will open a box for you to enter the promo code. Enter your code exactly as you received it ensuring there are no extra spaces before or after the code and click “Apply”. Once your promotional code is confirmed and accepted, the discount will be visible. If your discount code was entered incorrectly or does not apply to an item in your cart then an error message will appear. If you receive an error message, double check your code and re-enter. If it still does not work then contact customer service. Do not place your order before applying your code as we cannot apply it afterward.
