Terms and Conditions for Participating in the Salomon Paris contest

1. General Terms

By participating in the Salomon Pulsar 4 contest ("Promotion"), you accept these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before participating. If you do not agree to the Terms, you may not participate in the Promotion.

These Terms govern the relationship between you ("you" or the "Participant") and Salomon S.A.S – 14 chemin des Croiselets, 74370 Epagny Metz-Tessy, France – tel : +33 4 50 65 41 41 RCS: 325 820 751 ANNECY ("Organizer") in relation to the Promotion. Questions and feedback about the Promotion may be brought to the attention of Organizer through the aforementioned contact details.

The Promotion begins on 25/06/25 at 00:00 (am, CEST) and ends on 10/07/25 at 11:59 (pm, CEST) (inclusive), with the exception of participation through Option 1 and 2 (as detailed in Article 3 below), which will begin on 06/25/2025 at 00:00 and end on 06/25/2025 at 23:59 (hereinafter referred to as the “Option 1 and 2 Participation Period”). ). In any case, only entries received within the Promotion Period will be taken into account.

The Promotion promotes the Salomon S/LAB Pulsar 4.

2. Right to Participate

The Promotion is open to individuals who are legal residents of France, Germany, United Kingdom, Austria, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, Spain, USA, Canada (excluding Quebec), Poland, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Netherlands, Romania, Belgium, Luxembourg, Japan, Brazil, Peru, Argentina, Mexico, Chile, Australia or New Zeeland, and who are over the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence (the “Participants”). The Organizer may require winners to certify their eligibility to participate in the Promotion.

Employees, representatives and agents of the Organizer or those of any of its affiliates, as well as the immediate family (defined as parents, siblings, children and spouses, regardless of where they live) or households (whether or not related) of such employees, representatives and agents and anyone otherwise connected with the operation or fulfillment of the Promotion, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. Any illegible entries will be held void.

3. Instructions for Participation

Participants can enter the Promotion through one of the following four options (the “Participation Options”):

01. First option:

Buy a pair of Salomon S/LAB Pulsar 4 at the Champs-Élysées store or take on the treadmill challenge at the Champs-Élysées store on June 25th and register into an

instant winning draw at the store. You may be randomly selected to win one of the available prizes.

02. Second option:

Take on the treadmill challenge at the Champs-Élysées store on June 25th evening and register into a prize draw held at the end of the day on site. You may be randomly selected to win one of the available prizes.

03. Third option:

Register through the dedicated S/PLUS members newsletter. Complete your entry on the dedicated platform by providing the required information to be entered into an instant winning draw. You may be randomly selected to win one of the available prizes.

04. Fourth option:

Enter through the dedicated social media post. Complete your entry on the platform by submitting the required information to be entered into an instant winning draw. You may be randomly selected to win one of the available prizes.

Winners will be notified either directly on site at the Champs-Élysées store, in which case the prize may be awarded immediately, or, via the email address provided during registration. In this case, winners will receive detailed instructions on how to claim their prize.

Failure to respond within the specified timeframe indicated in the notification may result in disqualification and the prize being forfeited or awarded to an alternate participant.

Participation in the Promotion is not subject to a charge.

If you agree to sign up for SALOMON newsletter, you will receive direct electronic marketing and other promotional information and offers by email and/or other digital messages. You may unsubscribe to such at any time by following the instructions in the messages or by contacting us.

Any illegible or fraudulent entries will be rejected. If you enter or attempt to enter the Promotion in violation of these Terms or in a manner that is otherwise unfair to other participants, you may be rejected from the Promotion at the Organizer's sole discretion.

No responsibility is accepted for late, lost, delayed, damaged, corrupted, illegible or incomplete entry forms, which shall be disqualified at the discretion of the Organizer, or for transmission or computer error affecting the logging of entry forms. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery.

4. Selection of Winner

Participants who entered via an in-store activation (purchase or treadmill challenge) will be notified directly and immediately on site at the Champs-Élysées store throughout the participation period as the contest is operated according to the mechanism known as ‘instant win promotion’ which consists of selecting a winner according to a predefined schedule by the Organizer (the “Designation Mechanism”).

Participants who entered online (via newsletter or social media) will be notified by email using the contact details provided during registration. Winners will be determined through the Designation Mechanism throughout the participation period.

Prizes must be claimed in accordance with the instructions provided in the winner notification. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited and will not be reissued or compensated.

For a list of winners, to the extent the winner[s] have consented to the publication of their names and not withdrawn their consent, mail a stamped, addressed envelope to Salomon, Salomon SAS – Running Marketing – Annecy Design Center, 74996 ANNECY Cedex 9 - FRANCE. Requests must be received by at least 30 days after the end of the Promotion.

It is the responsibility of the Participants to ensure that they can be contacted at the email address provided during their Participation. No claims will be accepted if the Participant, for reasons beyond the Organizer's control, is unable to read their emails at the provided email address.

5. Prize

The Organizer offers one (1) prize per Participation Option, for a total of four (4) prizes awarded. The prizes of the Promotion include : For the winner and their guest :

Round-trip transportation (economic class) from the winner’s country of residence to Ledro Valley, Trentino, Italy in order to assist to the Golden Trail Series Final, as well as accommodation chosen and covered (excluding meals) by the Organizer according to the terms decided by the organisation.

An optional bib for one of the Golden Trail Series race.

The total value of a prize is 2000€ maximum.

The Prize is personal, non-exchangeable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available, except if the prize (or any part thereof) becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Organizer's control, in which case Organizer may offer an alternative prize of equal or greater monetary value. To the extent not prohibited under applicable mandatory law, you will be solely responsible for all applicable taxes relating to your receipt and/or use of the prize, if applicable. The

Organizer will give notifications to tax authorities and pay any taxes that it is obliged to pay in accordance with applicable mandatory law.

Unless otherwise provided under applicable mandatory law or expressly stated in writing in connection with the distribution of the prize, the prize is awarded on an "as is" basis and the Organizer, nor any of its affiliates, makes any representations or warranties of any nature with respect to the prize.

6. Liability

The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, and/or administered by, or associated with, the entity maintaining the social media platform. You hereby agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless the entity maintaining the social media platform] from any liability in connection with the Promotion.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or in any way limit the Organizer’s liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by the Organizer’s negligence or any other liability to the extent the same may not be excluded or limited as a matter of law. Some jurisdictions may not permit limitations of certain rights, claims, implied warranties or types of damages. Some of the following limitations may, therefore, not apply to you.

Subject to previous section, the following shall apply. To the extent permitted by applicable mandatory law, by participating in the Promotion, you agree to release the Organizer and its affiliates from any and all liability arising in any manner out of the Promotion including, without limitation, the selection of the winner, the administration of the Promotion, and the acceptance or the use of the prize or any component thereof as well as to indemnify and hold the Organizer and its affiliates harmless from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs or expenses arising from, or attributable to, any of your acts or omissions relating to the Promotion. Except in the event of gross negligence or willful misconduct, the Organizer's and/or its affiliates' liability will in any case be limited to the value of the prize to the extent permitted by applicable mandatory law.

Organizer or its affiliates are liable for claims for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health or from the violation of essential contractual obligations as well as liability for other damages arising from an intentional, fraudulent or grossly negligent breach of duty of Organizer or its affiliates. In other cases in which damages result of slight negligence, the Organizer's and/or its affiliates' liability will be limited to the value of the prize to the extent permitted by applicable mandatory law. In all other cases, the Organizer's liability is excluded.

7. Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of France.

If you have a complaint relating to these Terms, we will attempt to resolve the complaint internally. Ultimately, any dispute shall be brought before the Court of first instance with jurisdiction over the place where you are a legal resident.

Any dispute regarding the organization of a promotional contest may also be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any dispute regarding the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.

8. Personal Data

Any personal data submitted in connection with the Promotion is registered and processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, available at www.salomon.com .
