X Ultra 360
Previously tried the Salomon X Ultra 4 walking shoes, but found them too wide and unstructured, and the tongue slipped to the side of the shoe. Bought the X Ultra 360 as an alternative, and they suit me much better. They support the foot well and the tongue is attached properly.

great fit
I have worn Salomon shoes and boots for the last 10 years or so, and have always found them to be well made and a good fit for me. I bought the X Ultra 360 direct from Salomon after having recently purchased the X Ultra 4 Mid GTX W but wanted to add a walking shoe that looked and felt more like a trainer. The X Ultra 360 meets those requirements for me. It took me a few hours to get used to the lower cuff but even in February they give me enough cover from the elements and am hoping that come the warmer months will still feel as comfortable. These shoes are firm and stable over uneven ground whilst supportive of my arches. They are a perfect fit for me and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a walking shoe that will easily last the day in the hills.

Structure amazing
They are the best shoes I’ve ever owned. No other make for me now - tried them all over the years. So glad I bought these- I had a pair of Solomon’s 20 years ago and loved them - no idea why I did not stay with them.
