One star for customer service
I don’t know the quality of this backpack as it never arrived. This is totally absurd. The customer service seems to be suggesting that the delay in delivering the package is because I placed order before their so called holiday season. If Salomon does not have the capability to fulfill orders during busy days then they should not be selling the products!
