If an item is not suitable, you may return it to us free* of charge and receive a full refund by completing the return procedure on our online platform within 30 days of receiving the product.

A return fee of 5£ will be deducted from the refund for any returned order that includes sale or Last Chance items.
If your order contains both discounted and non-discounted items, the return fee only applies to discounted returned items.
Orders placed before 11 am will be delivered within the following time frames:
