London

London is the vibrant capital of the UK, rich in history, culture and diversity. Nestled along the banks of the River Thames it seamlessly blends modern urban architecture alongside luscious green parks. Bustling with hidden gems, each route invites you to redefine your run.

· Route 1 – London Landmarks - Cov Gdn / A 5km route taking in all the sights of central London, including the London Eye & Trafalgar Sq. A mixture of tarmac and gravel paths underfoot and the embankment street performers ensure each run is a fresh experience. Don’t forget to collect your loyalty card before you run and claim your stamps each time you run.

· Route 2 – Tour of Teddington x Up & Running – A 5km loop that weaves its way through the street down to Bushy Park, tacking the Woodland Gardens and Waterhouse Plantation before returning to the start to redeem your loyalty card stamps.

· Route 3 – London Bridges x RunLimited – A 5.2km route that weaves its way between some on London’s most famous landmarks north and south of the river, before winding back to the RunLimited store. Step off the beaten track and explore the twists and turns of this alternative route.

· Food Hotspot 2 – Bad Boy Pizza – Vinegar Yard. – Grab a slice of post run New York inspired pizza right next door to London Bridge Station.

· Drink Hotspot 3 – Parsnips Café - From smooth lattes to fresh smoothies, Parsnips has the perfect fuel to kickstart your day.

· Food Hotspot 3 – Cavan Bakery, Teddington – Baking since 1929, this artisan bakery is committed to bringing fantastic, authentic and delicious pastries, doughnuts and cakes to Teddington. The perfect treat to end to a run.

Manchester

Manchester is a thriving city, lending industrial heritage with modern culture. Known for its iconic music scene, network of canals and diverse culinary offerings, it boasts a number of spirited hidden gems, and each route below invites you to redefine your run.

· Route 1 – Towpath Trails x Up & Running – A 5km loop starting on Deansgate, before heading down towards the iconic Boardwalk nightclub from the 80-90’s. It then follows the canal towpaths to the River Irwell, where it tracks back up towards Central Manchester.

· Route 2 – Nantwich Loop x Running Bear – A 5.8km route through the scenic heart of Nantwich, taking in the peaceful canal towpaths and the tranquil surroundings of Nantwich Lake. A mix of tarmac and gravel paths, the relatively even terrain makes it a relaxed and enjoyable loop for all runners.

· Drink Hotspot 2 – Bear & Boost Cafe – Nestled above the Running Bear store, this welcoming café offers a fantastic range of teas and coffee.

· Food Hotspot 2 – Bondies Bagels – Nothing beats a post run sweet treat like the selection of Sweet Bagels on offer at Bondies.

Edinburgh

Scotland’s captivating capital, blends medieval charm with vibrant modernity. Iconic landmarks like Edinburgh Castle and The Royal Mile overlook cobbled streets, historic architecture and lush gardens. Its dynamic arts scene and festivals showcase its cultural brilliance along with and a number of hidden gems, with each route below inviting you to redefine your run.

· Route 1 – The Edinburgh Sights x Interval / A 9km run taking in some of the best views, famous landmarks and local hot spots that Edinburgh has to offer!
