Segment 1:
This section leads from Silvaplana towards the Stutz ski jump near Champfèr and is all about gliding. The wide, often gently sloping passages are perfect for maintaining your rhythm and picking up speed.
The key here is to use clean technique, let your skis run and enjoy the speed. The open landscape creates a feeling of space, while the track offers optimal conditions for conserving energy and making efficient progress.
This is a section that rewards smooth skiing – before the profile becomes more challenging again.

Segment 2:
This section leads from the notorious Stazerwald forest down towards the half marathon finish line in Pontresina. Here, the motto is: keep running and stay on your feet.
The descent has a few tricky spots, especially when you're running with lots of other runners. It's therefore important to choose your line carefully so that you can get through cleanly and maintain your speed on the flat.

Segment 3:
This segment starts at the driving range in Zuoz and leads up to the highest point in Zuoz. Hopefully you have paced yourself well, because you will need all your strength here. Find your rhythm and concentrate on maintaining good technique.
Work your way up step by step, stay calm, and keep your own pace – you're not far from the finish line!
