Biography
Sebastian Samuelsson is one of the most promising Swedish talents in Biathlon. He made his World Cup debut in 2016 and he was elected Rookie of the year. He took his first win in 2018 in Oberhof at the Relay and at Peyongchang 2018, his first Olympics, he won the gold medal in the relay and the silver in the pursuit. Now the pressure, both from himself and from others, has increased, but he sees it as a good thing in order to improve. Now that he is at a greater moment of awareness, he will be able to prepare for the big upcoming events in the best way. The thing that loads him most during races is the atmosphere, feeling the warmth of the public and all the people around him. His secret? Probably the Yoga sessions before each competition!
