The epic mountain trail race and event in Hemsedal - Fýri Trail by Salomon - is back again for the second edition 19-22 September 2024.
After a blasting first year with over six hundred runners, we are pleased to welcome you back to Hemsedal and Fýri Resort again.
Secure your race bib for the best Nordic Trail event in 2024. You can choose between 29K or 18K, same superhero feeling at the finish line is guaranteed. Fýri Trail race bibs are priced 1050 NOK until end of May.
Special packages at Fýri Resort with hotel room and glorious food are also available now from 5250 NOK Thursday-Sunday, but make sure to snatch one when there is still availability, last year the hotel got totally full.
More about the race and event
Fýri Trail by Salmon is a four day long running festival Thursday 19 to Sunday 22 of September in the beautiful mountain areas of Hemsedal, Norway. Trail mud meets luxury at Fýri Resort in Hemsedal where the race arena is comfortably located.
Race day is Saturday 21 September, but the event is so much more with community runs, yoga, lectures, free shoe test, after run party, pool club and sauna at Fýri resort. The full program is available on our website Fýri Trail by Salomon.
In terms of running, the raw 29K mountain race with its +1350 meters of altitude is the main attraction, but there will also be a shorter 18K version with +600 meter vertical gain.
For the elite runners Fýri Trail by Salomon 29K will be the grand finale of the Golden Trail National Series (GTNS) Nordics 2024, but everybody - elite as well as exercisers - can join it as a completely normal stand alone race.
