The Martin Fourcade Nordic Festival will return this year at Annecy from August 30th until September 1st. Top biathletes will cross paths with cross-country skiers once again for more show and entertainment. As always, this activity-filled sports event has something for everyone, with pro and amateur races, Salomon pro athlete meet and greets, exclusive competitions, concerts and more!

ADRENALINE-FUELED ACTIVITIES AT SALOMON BOOTH

Join us at the Martin Fourcade Nordic Festival for the ultimate kick. Stop by our booth at the Ekosport Village from Friday to Sunday.

  • Check out the Salomon new arrivals in preparation for next season’s cross country skiing, with skis, boots, bindings, poles, accessories and clothing.
  • Try your luck by entering our contest to win nordic equipment (registration at the stand).
  • Meet Salomon's top talent during a signing session with biathletes and cross-country skiers on Saturday, August 31st.
  • Try our last road running shoes on Sunday, September 1st during a RUN with a nordic athlete. More to come soon...

MARTIN FOURCADE NORDIC FESTIVAL | SALOMON ACTIVITIES

As every year, Salomon and its teams invite you to push your limits and have fun in a lively and friendly atmosphere with a variety of exciting sports activities. Discover the two must-try activities of this year without further delay!

SATURDAY | SHOOTING INTRODUCTION WITH A MYSTERY BIATHLETE

Take part in a laser shooting initiation with a Salomon biathlete. More than just an introduction, this is a real experience to enjoy on Saturday afternoon at the ESF stand. This activity is open to everyone, but minors must be accompanied by an adult. To participate, follow our Instagram account @Salomon_France.

SUNDAY | RUN WITH A SALOMON NORDIC ATHLETE

Want to test our latest running innovations (DRX Bliss, AERO GLIDE 2, and Phantasm 2) in real conditions alongside top athletes? Don’t wait any longer—sign up for a Sunday morning RUN with a high-level Nordic athlete (to be announced soon). A seasoned biathlon competitor, he will be happy to share his experience and give you valuable tips for both running and biathlon.

Events will be held once again at Le Pâquier in Annecy, with a varied program of sports and recreational activities that is sure to pique the interest of all winter sport enthusiasts. Check out the activities for all ages now.

FRIDAY, AUGUST 30th

Come and join us off-piste while the festival gets off to a soft start.

  • 12:00: Opening of the Village Ekosport. Meet us at the Salomon booth.
  • 20:00: Official presentation of the professional athletes competing throughout the weekend.
  • 20:30: Concert with French singer 'Santa'.

SATURDAY, AUGUST 31st

A world-class day with no fewer than four races bringing together the best biathletes and cross-country skiers for a guaranteed performance.

WOMEN'S CROSS-COUNTRY SKIING

  • Schedule
    • 14:05: Qualifiers
    • 14:45: Start time
  • Number of competitors: 16 XC skiers at the start
  • Number of laps: 6
  • Format: Mass start with knock-out
    • In the first five laps, the skier in last place at the end of each round is eliminated.
    • In the last lap, the remaining 11 skiers compete for the overall title.

SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 1st

Strap in for the last day of the Martin Fourcade Nordic Festival with races for friends and family.

  • YOGA COLLECTIVE SESSION with Perrine Tramoni
    • Schedule
      • 9:30: Start Time
      • 10:45: End of the session
  • JUNIOR BIATHLON
    • Schedule
      • 10:00: Start time
    • Format: Biathlon (running race + shooting) over a kid’s obstacle course ending in a 10 m biathlon shooting range. The aim is to finish the biathlon as quickly as possible.
  • BIATHLON RUNNING
    • Schedule
      • 13:30: Collective warming up
      • 14:00: Start of the race
    • Number of competitors: teams of 4 to 6 people (aged 15 years+)
    • Format: Team relay where the goal is to complete as many laps as possible in 2 hours. The route is blocked by obstacles and has a biathlon shooting range (5 targets).
