Return a product
Extended Holiday Return Policy
You can return your new, unused item(s) within 45 days of receiving your order. Purchases made between November 1st and December 1st, 2023 will be able to return or make an exchange until January 15th, 2024. Please include all original packaging and tags. If you wish to exchange products for items that are a different size or color, please return the item(s) and place a new order. Once we have received the package, allow 7 days to receive the refund.

Begin the return process for your products by completing the form above to obtain your return label.

Pack up the product(s): you can reuse the Salomon box which is provided for this purpose.

Print the return label and stick it on the package, then drop it off at your nearest pick-up point.
