How can I return an item purchased on Salomon.com?
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We offer free returns using the provided shipping label within 45 days of delivery for most orders.
Items must be returned in their original condition -- unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging. Returns that do not meet these standards will not be accepted.
Exchanges are available for eligible items and can be requested when starting your return.
Your new item will be shipped once your original item has been received and processed. As inventory can fluctuate, availability is not guaranteed and items may sell out during this time.
There are exceptions to this policy such as raffle purchases made through our partner at EQL which are final sale.
HOW TO START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Salomon.com orders must be returned using the shipping label we provide. At this time, online orders cannot be returned or exchanged in stores.
To start a return or exchange:
- Log in to your Salomon account, go to Orders, locate the order, and click "Return".
- If you checked out as a guest, use this form.
Please note: Amer Sports Pro-Club members and Amer Sports employees are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
If you received an incorrect item, please contact our Customer Support team. We will assist you with creating a return shipping label so that you can return the product for a refund.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If you believe your item has a quality issue, you may return it for evaluation and a refund or exchange. To get started, follow the return process outlined above.
