At www.salomon.com, standard delivery is free of charge for all orders. If you are not satisfied with your purchase on www.salomon.com, simply return the items within 15 days of delivery to our warehouse located in Belgium.
DELIVERY TIMES AND METHODS*
Standard 3-day delivery- Free Shipping
All orders placed before 2 p.m will be delivered by UPS within 3 working days.
For example, if you order your product on Monday the 1st of July at 2:30 p.m and choose standard delivery, it will be delivered on Thursday the 4th of July at the latest.
Delivery within 8 working days - Free shipping
As certain products take longer to reach our depot, a delivery period of 8 days applies. This is shown by the words "In stock - 6/8-day delivery" in the size selection box on the relevant product page.
For example, if you order your product on Monday the 1st of July at 2:30pm and it is shown as a 6/8-day delivery, it will be delivered on Thursday the 11th of July at the latest.
If you would like to receive your delivery faster, you can choose express delivery at the checkout before confirming your order. All orders placed before 2 pm will be delivered by UPS the following day (24 hours).
* Please note salomon.com does not deliver to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and BFPO.

SATISFIED OR REIMBURSED
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase at www.salomon.com, you can return your product within 15 days. Items received within 15 working days of delivery will be accepted and the purchase price will be reimbursed, provided that they have not been washed or worn and that their original stickers remain in place.
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because you have received a defective product, Salomon will pay the shipping costs. In this case, please contact customer services on +44 20 7078 3528, from 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday (local call).
You can return your goods via the English postal service. Please ensure that they are carefully packed and labeled. You should simply fill in the returns form as described in the returns procedure and enclose it with your parcel. You can download the returns procedure here.

At www.salomon.com, you can pay by bank (Banktransfer*) or credit card: Carte Bleue, Visa or Mastercard or by Paypal. A fully secure payment service is provided by Société Générale and Ogone.
*In this case, you have 10 days to make the Banktransfer from the day you made your order. Banktransfer payment is not compatible with Express Delivery. With this mean of payment, the delivery time is the time between the order and the Banktransfer, plus the time of the transfer, plus the delivery time.
