Biographie
Thibaut began his competitive sporting career as a cross-country skier during his youth. He later trained as a physiotherapist, during which time he discovered his talent and love for running. Thibaut is known for his versatility in the sport having succeeded in both short and longer mountain and trail races. Amongst his achievements include a 6th place at Sierre-Zinal, 4th place at the Mont-Blanc Marathon, and a 2nd place at the 2022 Golden Trail World Series Finals. He has also made his mark in longer trail races, placing 3rd in CCC 100km in 2021, winning the French Short Trail Championships in 2023, and finishing 4th in the Short Trail at the World Trail Championships in 2023. Outside of his competitive endeavours, Thibaut has enjoyed volunteering and organising awareness campaigns about the environment and charity donations for schools in Cape Verde since 2019. Thibaut is known to be the life of the party and enjoys celebrating on any given occasion!
