With her win in the first race of the Golden Trail Series at Zegama in Spain’s Basque Country, Swedish trail running star Ida Nilsson showed she was a threat to win the Golden Trail Series overall title. She followed that win with a 2nd place result at the Marathon du Mont Blanc in Chamonix. As she prepared for the third race of the Series at Sierre-Zinal in Switzerland, Nilsson took time to explain how she will plan her racing kit—from her shoes to her clothing to the pack or belt she will choose.
