What is your favorite training ? We spend last year 2 weeks for road biking in the pyrenees and cycled a lot of famous tour de france -passages like "col de tourmalet"  and "col d'aspin". I enjoyed this different kind of training. No roller skiing and no shooting, just cycling.

What is your favorite race format ? It is definitely the Sprint.

What is your favorite race place ? Oberhof, Oslo and Khanty-Mansyisk.

What is your best memory in your sport ? In 2015 I won a Worldcup-Sprint in Olso an surprised myself. At that time I was very doubting an didn't expect this result.

What are your hobbies apart from your sport ? Before I became a professional biathlet, biathlon was my hobby. Although I spend a lot of time outside during training sessions, I try to spend much time outside with my family hiking or biking.

What music do you like to listen to when you're training / preparing for a race ?
Only in the gym I like to hear music. Then I listen to electronic and rock music.
