If an item is not suitable, you may return it to us free* of charge and receive a full refund by completing the return procedure on our online platform within 30 days of receiving the product.

To begin your return declaration, go to your account and click on "declare a return" or follow this link.

A return fee of 5£ will be deducted from the refund for any returned order that includes sale or Last Chance items. If your order contains both discounted and non-discounted items, the return fee only applies to discounted returned items.
