Biography
Marte Olsbu Røiseland became a national heroine when she first crossed the finish line in her home relay at the Oslo World Championships in 2016, winning the gold medal. She claimed that it was one of the most incredible moments of her entire life and since that day she has never ceased to amaze. Today her Palmares counts more than forty podiums between World Cup and World Championships, and two Olympic medals in the Relay and individual sprint. If we look at her career, what we perceive is a continuous sense of growth both in terms of results and quality of her Biathlon. Now that self-confidence is not lacking, she is undoubtedly one of the most formidable contenders for the seasons to come. She is a born fighter and is convinced that that the group is the real force that also drives individual results.
