For those of us who love the outdoors, being stuck indoors is never easy. Unfortunately, given the evolving health crisis in many of the communities we serve around the world, making our last ski turns of the season or joining friends for a run will have to wait. These are small sacrifices to make for the overall health of our communities, and we encourage everyone to do their part. It’s never been so easy to help your neighbor. Below find the latest updates from Salomon as we navigate these challenging times
RETAIL INFORMATION
For the health of our employees and customers, we have temporarily closed most of our stores across Europe and many others around the world. If you are in an area currently less affected by the current health crisis, we still encourage you to call your local Salomon store before visiting to be sure they are open. However, we encourage you to visit us online at Salomon.com instead. We hope to be back in these retail locations soon to serve your outdoor needs.
ONLINE AVAILABILITY
If browsing the latest gear gets you amped up to get back out there, you can always search on Salomon.com. In Europe, we are still able to ship apparel, bags/backpacks and footwear, but please keep in mind that any shipments could be delayed as we give first priority to taking care of our employees. Unfortunately, in Europe we are currently unable to ship winter sports equipment (skis, ski boots, eyewear and helmets). In North America, you can still shop online for apparel, bags/backpacks and footwear as well.

Our customer service team is still responding to your needs, but please be patient during these times as many are now working remotely in order to ensure their safety.
IN-PERSON EXPERIENCES
We have also chosen to temporarily suspend all of our workshops, group runs and other group gatherings for the safety of everyone involved. In the meantime, we'll do our best to provide some outdoor inspiration by sharing athlete Q&As, training tips and even some of our best episodes from more than a decade of the award-winning Salomon TV. We will also continue publishing here on the Salomon Inside ADC Blog—where we try to give you short stories on our products, employees and athletes that you can’t find elsewhere.
