Developed with top athletes, the updated version of the iconic S/LAB SENSE features softer cushioning under the front of the foot and a new anti-debris evacuation system. Offering the same ground feel, precision and foothold, the shoe is now even lighter with deeper lugs (than the Hard Ground version) to anchor you in soft, wet terrain.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I'd Wear Them To Work In A Suit I bought these last month for strictly trail running, and now I hit the gym, the grocery store and even run errands with them on. They are extremely comfortable and light-weight. I may have taken them off once this month to shower. Highly recommended for comfort and style.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Blisters and rubbed raw I have raced in every Sense since 5. They have only gotten better until now. The lack of any ankle collar material to reduce heel slippage caused both heels to rub raw and blister. The poorly placed lace garage evened out the experience by chewing up the top of my foot. The resulting pain caused me to fall from 2nd to 18th by the end of the race. The fit and quality of the Sense series has always been so good that I have sung their praises to anyone that would listen, until now. Design the shoe to fit properly first then worry about how to work in the gaitor.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible lace holster design --- blisters Received these in the mail about two weeks ago and have run trails in them twice...about ten miles each time. First time, I got a bad blister that ripped mid-run due to the lace holster. While certainly a design flaw in my mind, I figured I could prevent it from happening again by not wearing ankle socks. Tried them again today wearing thicker wool socks that were calf length. Nope, re-ripped the scab on left foot (kind of to be expected), but still got another blister on the right foot. Super disappointing since the built in gaiter idea is great...execution, not so much...especially for $180.00.
