For ski pants and jackets, the warranty is extended to three years.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it and receive a full refund by completing the return procedure on our online platform within 30 days of receiving the product.
The items must be returned within the stated period and must be intact and complete. They must not have been used (or wash or worn) and must be in their original packaging in good condition.

Order before 2 pm* for:

- Standard delivery to your home or a pick-up point within 3 working days (150 KČ)
- Express delivery within 24 hours (689 KČ) 

*before 11 am for skis, snowboards, bindings and ski boots
