A VISION
The idea for the Speedcross was to create a shoe that was capable yet comfortable, which could excel in the most challenging terrain. We designed a low-profile silhouette and drew inspiration from the tread patterns of motocross tires to create a game-changing traction pattern. The result is a sleek, accessible trail running shoe that can grip with confidence in even the muddiest conditions.

Back to when trail running was known as "mountain racing". In the early 2000s, we started developing new footwear to meet the growing needs for faster and lighter shoes compared to traditional sturdy hiking boots. This innovation built us a solid reputation among trail runners and, by 2015, we had sold over 10 million pairs of Speedcross.
