We still offer our standard free ground delivery on all orders (some exclusions apply on certain hardgood and industry partner orders)
Additionally, UPS has informed us that they will no longer guarantee 2nd-day and next-day delivery. If you select either of these options, you may experience a shipping delay.
Our returns policy remains unchanged:
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase on salomon.com, you can return it and receive a full refund by completing our return procedure within 30 days of receiving the product. The items must be returned within the stated period, and must be intact and complete. They must not have been used (or washed or worn) and must be in their original packaging in good condition.
