WORKSHOP TERMS & CONDITIONS

I declare that I am participating in the Workshop organized by the Organizers and that I am at least 18 years old to take part in the Event.

ACCEPTANCE OF RISKS

I hereby acknowledge:

that I have been informed and am aware that my participation in the Event carries risks of injury and death, and I expressly agree to assume any such risks;
that I am responsible for my own safety;
that I will take all necessary precautions to avoid endangering others;
that I will use my own sports equipment, except for products provided by the Organizers, and therefore assume all risks related to such equipment.

In addition, I agree to follow all instructions given by the Organizers or any other person authorized for the purposes of the Event.

I certify that I have recently undergone a medical examination by a sports doctor and have no medical contraindications preventing me from participating in the Event. I further agree to immediately inform the Organizers and/or any other authorized person of any change in my physical condition, and I acknowledge that I may stop my participation at any time.

I also declare that I have my own insurance coverage, including individual guarantees (medical expenses, disability pension or capital, repatriation, hospitalization, etc.) and third-party liability coverage. Upon request, I agree to provide the Organizers with a medical certificate and an insurance certificate, each dated within the last six (6) months.

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY

By taking part in the Event, I agree:

to waive any claim, recourse, compensation request, liability claim, or action against the Organizers, their employees, subsidiaries, agents, officers, directors, and their assigns arising from my participation in the Event, except where fault or negligence of the Organizers is proven;
to release from liability the entities listed above, as well as their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and any other related parties.

PERSONAL DATA

I hereby agree that the personal data collected for my participation in the Event will be used in accordance with the Amer Sports Group Privacy Policy available at: https://www.amersports.com/privacy-policy/.

I give explicit consent to the Organizers, Amer Sports Group, its affiliates, distributors, and their respective subcontractors to process my personal data for the purposes of the Event.

PHOTO / VIDEO MATERIAL AND RIGHT TO USE:

By participating in the Event, I expressly authorize the Organizers, the companies of the Amer Sports Group, and their business partners to use and exploit my image and, more generally, my personality rights for the promotion and communication of Amer Sports Group brands and products.

I authorize the reproduction, representation, adaptation, and distribution of these videos and photos for any use and on any medium, including but not limited to the internet, social media, catalogs, and advertising materials, in any form whatsoever.

This authorization is valid for a period of five (5) years from the date of signature. Nothing in this document shall be construed as obliging the Organizers to produce, distribute, or use any of the rights granted herein.

RECOGNITION

I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS WAIVER OF LIABILITY and voluntarily agree to its terms. This release is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts shall be those of the defendant’s domicile.
