The voucher is sent via email upon shipment of the order. It is presented as a QR code or a number.

How to redeem it?

1. Depending on your purchase, you are eligible for one of our services.

2. Select a Salomon retailer from our dealer locator (make sure they provide this service). To do this, go to https://stores.salomon.com/#lcly:voucher, navigate to the SERVICES tab, and check the "Service Voucher - Skis/Boots" filter.

3. Contact the retailer to schedule an appointment and enjoy your complimentary service.

4. Visit the store with your Salomon product, present your QR code or associated number from the email, and immediately enjoy your complimentary service!
