Disappointing
The only thing that works fine is the front zip pocket.
The back pocket is shallow, after 2 weeks the silicon strap got torn away and thus impossible to hold a salomon flask.
The side pockets are stable but not so easy to access.
Disappointing product from a high-end brand like Salomon :(

Too much movement of the soft flask
The overall fit and comfort is fine, but the side pockets are difficult to access whilst moving, and the rear pocket doesn't secure a 500ml soft flask well enough. The rear pocket seems a little too shallow and loose, which results in the flask bouncing around too much when running, and feeling very unsecure.

Gute Passform - Flask schaukelt kaum

Disappointed: everything is bouncing around...
I bought this belt because I wanted a better option than the armband to hold my cellphone. I also wanted to be able to comfortably carry water with me to my 1h+ runs.
I don't run ultras, mainly between 10-20kms, so such a belt seemed like a promising option.
So far it seems I was very wrong...
I chose for the S/Lab as the site clearly states compatibility with a soft flask (which I also bought with the belt), and in other S/Lab reviews I read that it is an advanced product line. I checked the sizing, L is up to 96cm, around my hip is exactly between 95 and 96cm, so I chose L.
I have already completed three runs wearing the belt with the flask in it, from short to long sessions, from easy to fast paced. My experience is that this belt simply cannot hold stuff steady, without leaving it bouncing around. I think the mentioned flask compatibility means that there is a pocket big enough to hold a flask, nothing more. During running the flask is bouncing so hard up and down that it makes it almost impossible to keep a good rhythm of the run. Two times already the flask simply fell out of the pocket. The only working solution for me so far was to wear the belt rotated such that the back pocket with the flask in it is in the front, because then it bounces somewhat less. But then the front pocket gets unreachable in the back, making it hard to get snack or phone out during run should it be needed. The phone in the front pocket doesn't sit tight either, however it is less disturbing due to its weight and geometry. If I only look at it's capability of storing the cellphone, so far it is less disturbing than the armband was, so I gave it two stars.
The bottom line, I would send the belt back without hesitation, unfortunately I've used it already so it seems I am stuck for a while...
